I’m excited to begin the next chapter of my career as Head of European Solutions at Accordion. I first discovered Accordion while serving as a private equity operating partner. At the time, I was responsible for shaping a portfolio-wide approach to finance function maturity and exit readiness. I was looking for an advisor who could support CFOs of PE-backed companies across the full transaction lifecycle: from reliable financials and fast closes, to forecasting, KPIs, technology, value creation analytics, and exit readiness—all increasingly influenced by AI. Accordion continuously emerged as the standout firm built specifically for the Office of the CFO in private equity. Fast forward to today: Accordion has expanded into Europe with a London office and a rapidly growing team. When the chance came to help lead this growth journey, it was an opportunity I wanted to grasp with both hands. I look forward to partnering with PE sponsors and portfolio company CFOs to strengthen finance functions, accelerate value creation, and deliver successful exits.
