We recently launched The Human Skills Project—PwC’s new commitment to helping the next generation build the skills they need to lead and thrive in an AI-enabled world.      Over the next three years, our firm and the PwC Foundation will collaborate with leading community organizations to contribute 1 million service hours, reach 250,000 learners, and share bold thinking on how uniquely human skills—like creativity, judgment, and trust—are key to the human-led, AI-powered workforce of the future.    This is about more than future-proofing—it’s about future-shaping. We’re building a stronger talent pipeline as well as widening the circle of opportunity in the communities where we live and work.      Read more here: https://lnkd.in/e_VJf3fx

It's nice to see the firm continue to lead the way in AI, and remind us that the real differentiator is still distinctly human. Creativity, judgment, and trust are the connective tissue that make all the tech worth using. Future-proofing is good, but future-shaping? That’s where the magic (and the meaning) live. Excited to see this in action.
