Where is the Civil Administration of this place. It's a very courageous act.. No doubt about it.
Anything for reels. A wooden plank or similar thing could have addressed this , but people do anything for reels, there is nothing heroic about it.
Couldn't they have just held the hands of the children and helped them cross? Drama for being famous
