Hi, I'm Peter Ryan, principal analyst at Ryan's Strategic Advisory. Now, as you're probably aware, I'm usually based in Montreal, QC, but today I find myself in Nashville, TN, one of my favorite cities anywhere in the United States, if not the world. Now, why am I in Nashville? What am I doing here? Well, I came down for the I Core Analyst Day, which has been second to none. One of the reasons I love I Core as a BPO is because they have embraced their DNA. They don't pretend to be a technology. Company. They don't pretend to be an AI company, they tell you they are a customer services organization that is empowered by the best of artificial intelligence technology and processes. This has been a phenomenal, analysts say. One of the best ones I've ever been to. I'll be blogging about this soon. Stay tuned to read more.
