When we were designing the new headquarters for the energy authority, we were intentional about designing spaces that could be utilized collaboratively while also having room for heads down work. So for our transition into our new office, we were looking for assistance with moving. We needed furniture and we also were looking for new technology assistance because we're owned by the same parent company S workplace solutions phase integration and Purdue work seamlessly. Together, this is an industry-leading solution to an office relocation. The power of the three companies working together means customers can benefit from an easier and more integrated approach. So from the beginning, the individuals at Seth came to our site, they looked at what our current setup was. They spent a lot of time talking through what the process would be bringing us in early. That allowed us to do a number of things for the energy authority. One was to provide them with a budgetary numbers that when the. Bus is actually started. It was a situation where we're going to be moving all of their contents over to the new office and also actually decommissioning their office. Some of the things that we were really focused on in terms of the new space really were providing a heads down space for every individual so that every employee had a place to come to work, but also improve the number and the quality of the collaboration spaces. And then also make sure that the technologies that we brought into the the space were very easy to use and integrated into the the new office space. Phase integration offered the energy authority low voltage services that included structured cabling, approximately 900 drops badge access control. Approximately 25 doors, 12 security cameras throughout three floors. We provided the energy authority with 23 conference rooms outfitted with the latest in audio visual technology solutions. Some of the services that we provided to the Energy Authority included connect our new furniture with some of the technology that was integrating into the space, such as the conference tables and some of the audio visual tools that are used to allow the employees to support the work that they do. Purdue helped us create spaces for individuals and groups like the ME WE spaces by giving us options for different types of conference tables, different types of movable furniture. So if you want to visit our innovation. Base and shift some tables over. We have some on wheels. We have things that are really easy to reorganize and create the space that you need. And then also we have great options for individual offices where you can raise and lower your desk. We've got a lot of ergonomic spaces that make those individual areas nice and easy to use. So Suddeth has a special tracking system that they use. I will tell you from the user experience, it was seamless. They helped us with the labeling process. They helped us understand what our responsibility in the move was. And from the user standpoint, we just showed up at the new space and and everything was right where it was supposed to be. Our new office comprises of just under 34,000 square feet. We're spread across 2 1/2 floors here at the Riverplace Tower. We have these spectacular views because we're on the top floor of it and the layout of the office really was designed to take advantage of the views and the wide open windows that we have here. My favorite space in the new office is definitely the innovation area. Sometimes we come over and eat lunch here. It allows the opportunity just to have kind of free flowing conversation. It really allows for collaboration whether it's intentional or not. We would definitely work with Suddeth, Purdue and phase integration together again because of how easy it was to coordinate the entire move of the new space. Individually they were great companies to to work with, but together and that collective relationship that they brought to us really was that force multiplier that made our experience that much better.
