While I did announce it generically a week ago, I thought this career move warranted a more detailed post. I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve officially joined the Lids team in Fashion Headwear Product Development and helping to lead Lids HD into the future. For years, hats have been more than just a fashion statement for me — they’ve been a true passion. From storytelling through design to building communities around headwear culture, every step of my journey has led me here. From retail leadership to launching a boutique hat store, co-founding a brand rooted in giving back, and collaborating with some of the most creative minds in the industry — each experience has helped prepare me for this moment. Now, I get to bring that same energy, creativity, and obsession with headwear to the biggest hat store on the planet. This isn’t just a new job. It’s a full-circle moment — proof that when you chase what you love, amazing things can happen.
