Demonstrate your experience on developing software that solves problems on  QEMU, Scheduling, Live migrations, memory organization, API, debugging, async IO Be proficient in writing organized, efficient, and well documented code in in any(but not limited) of the following language( Perl, Python, Go.) Have experience designing abstract software architectures from ideas through implementation and creatively apply domain experience to solve technical challenges Have Excellent communication and documentation skills 𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦. We need to hire more Rust engineers. I'd like to get Tommy Johnson and myself into a place where we can focus on building the business rather than building a job. Back from holiday travel and Exo Tech is already at capacity for Q1. We signed 2 new clients and resigned with an existing client to be retained indefinitely (these are the contracts we want more of). Thus, I'm putting a lot of effort into overhauling our talent pipeline this quarter. We need to have a funnel of candidates and the right processes in place to vet them. At capacity, we don't have enough resources to upskill a developer without Solana experience, so we're prioritizing candidates with relevant experience. Our hiring process now emphasizes 2 core skills, architecture design and raw implementation. The former is likely the most important as there's a lot of considerations to be made when architecting a smart contract (compute optimizations, storage, security, economic security, etc). I'd like to hire 1 more developer within the next month and test our onboarding process.
