Our table had both international and domestic students, representing several different institutions, and were a mix of undergrad, grad, and co-op programs. Their main consideration for where they'll move next? Nothing eclipses career opportunity – they'll go wherever they get a job. "In this climate, that's all you can ask for," one student said. 🫚 One of our favorite small businesses Jackworth Ginger Beer was there, giving samples, engaging the community, and tending bar. They seem to be everywhere these days. When it comes to scaling a small business, they're doing it right: high quality product backed by a great brand, robust weekly programming at their brewery, partnerships and sponsorships like this one, great storytelling on social, food trucks on rotation, cool merch...the list goes on.
