And I've been thinking big and acting bold this quarter by identifying a service offering that needed some TLC and working to fully revamp it to increase efficiency and hopefully get some new business in the door soon. Big balls by testing out a new way of aligning our creative timelines with client needs. It felt a bit risky, but it helped us deliver results. In Q3, we started deploying more incrementality budget optimizer plans. This uses match market results from both clients and verticals to ensure that we're really making plans that are focused on incrementality. In Q3, we had our first ever four day Amazon Prime Day event. I really pushed myself to think big and act bold. On my add strategy for my accounts and clients to tackle the unknowns around overall performance and traffic that led to a successful event in Q3, I took a risk by recommending our client create a dedicated landing page to future performance, influencer, creative and recommended products. This led to improved conversion rates and average order value, resulting in both revenue and efficiency gains for Elastin Skin Care Q3I step into your challenges as a team leader. I work on adding new. Functions and implementations while keeping things smooth for the team, and I'm honestly proud of how it turned out. In Q3I explored new programmatic tools like DSP's and data vendors to uncover ways to improve our cost efficiency and deliver stronger results to our partners. Hey guys, In Q3 we noticed the trend of higher conversion rates on close. Or previous clients was an established relationship, so we directed our attention there where we've been driving much stronger pipeline and qualified leads heading into Q4. In Q3, I was a pivot queen successfully executing 7 pivots that saved us from downturn. In Q3, along with Abby, we created a new structure for our CRD's to set them up for success. Instead of being reactive, we're being proactive in order to minimize escalations with RCR clients. I thought big and active gold in Q3. By securing resigned a few months in advance just so that it wasn't something that myself or my teams had to worry about during Q4Q3, I thought they could accurate ball by testing out a completely new ad account structure on one of our largest CPG brands. There's a bit of a risk as we go into Q4, but allowed us to capture fresh new insights going into the largest quarter of the year. In Q3I implemented a new strategy for All Star services where I tested different ways to improve quality and found a lot of success there. Also in Q3A risk I took was. Adding TikTok shots to my strategy portfolio for my queue and we have been able to scale them astronomically. In Q3 I thought big and acted bold by implementing a couple of RFM analysis and some of our fashion ecomm appraisals and got really good feedback from the PC. Can't wait to continue to innovate in Q4 and beyond.
