The difference between a vendor and a partner when it comes to marketing agencies is that a vendor is just an executor. They're busy bees. They will take direction from your internal team and they will get it done, and they'll probably get it done very well. But a partner is a true challenger and someone with a seat at the table when it comes to your overall marketing strategy. And what we're seeing more and more of these days is people need less executors. As you know, these algorithms are being taken over by AI and machine learning, and they really need more strategic partners with a view of their entire. Industry that can share inputs on what we're seeing and not seeing and ultimately make a recommendation for their business overall.
