"Pranav ji, yeh chakli aapke ke liye hain. Ghar se laaye hain" "Pranav ji, aapke application mein ek samasya hai" The emotion behind both these statements are the same, an emotion of love, trust and openness. We recently celebrated our Series B fundraise and we did it the only way that felt right: with our customers! That day was special in many ways. But for me, one moment stood out the most. After the event, Mr. Tripati, a Stable Money customer who flew in from Odisha — called me aside at the gate. He handed me a packet of 'chaklis', from his home town, and said, “Yeh aapke liye laaye hain, Pranav ji.” That small gesture meant the world to me. Because this is what we’re trying to build, not a transactional relationship, but a real bond. Not company to customer, but person to person. But let me tell you, he is also our fiercest critic who ensures that we are always improving and making our app experience more seamless.
