Earlier this month, nine STL-based women leaders repped Premium Retail Services and Acosta at TEDxStLouis Women 2025. Engaging with local entrepreneurs, we left energized by their stories of innovation, resilience, and community-building. Sophia Eimer, a rising star at Premium, shared, “I had the chance to listen to multiple speakers from different backgrounds with the common goals of positively shaping the future across technology, infrastructure, community, arts, and social justice. This event highlighted women who genuinely care about continuing to build a strong and connected community. I left with a positive outlook on the potential of STL and a goal to prioritize showing up, supporting, and listening.” As Tina Click-Zapfe shared, “Hearing from women who share my drive and passions was motivating. One speaker emphasized that meaningful change doesn’t always have to be big — small adjustments can lead to significant results." We’re empowered by learning about others' local experiences and proud to stand among STL's changemakers! 💪 #TEDxStLouisWomen #FutureFocus
