On International Day of Older People, we are excited to announce that prospective tenants can now start bidding for properties at St Martin’s Court, in Lancaster. St Martin's Court is our flagship Extra Care scheme in Lancaster, due to open early next year. It will offer 92 modern one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes for people aged over 55. As it’s an Extra Care scheme, it is ideal for people who want to live independently, but who may need some extra support, now or in the future.
