This was really an insightful episode. 3 things stood out to me: ‘It sometimes takes time for our mind to settle no matter how close you are to it (AI deployment) or to directing it’ and this is true to any change initiative. ‘Best time to learn AI is yesterday & the second best time is today’ And finally this is the most insightful of all: ‘Those who are better equipped to drive AI adoption are those who understand humanities not just STEM’ and this is very clear with all AI training modules launched by PMI that focus on the human loop at every stage. 👏👏 great episode

Such a fascinating look at transformation and AI's role in reshaping industries like advertising. Would love to hear how others approach leading change at this scale in their organizations.
