Meet Conor Wickham, our Senior General Manager. Conor joined us earlier this year bringing with him a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles at Wincanton, Royal Mail, and his own consultancy, Wickham Consulting. Conor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations across both of our UK sites, ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded and SLAs consistently met. He also supports our customers with forecasting, demand planning, and sustainable growth strategies. Conor commented: “I’m excited about leading and developing our 100+ operations team, driving operational performance, and building long-term partnerships with our customers. This is a great time to join Prolog – they’re a forward-thinking 3PL with a strong culture, ambitious growth plans, and good opportunities for me to make a tangible impact.” Outside of work, Conor enjoys time with family, friends, and his dog Heidi.
