About a month ago, I joined the RapidSOS team and I’ve already seen firsthand how our tech directly supports first responders and helps save lives. We’re now hiring Senior AI Engineer to tackle complex AI challenges at scale and help shape the future of emergency response. This role is about more than just building cool AI systems. It’s about using real-time data, multimodal LLMs, and agentic systems to actually make emergency response faster, smarter, and more effective. We’re looking for someone who: ✅ Has experience building and deploying agentic systems in production ✅ Has strong Python programming skills ✅ Is comfortable working across the stack (frontend, infra, data, etc.) ✅ Can deliver projects end-to-end ✅ Is based in the EU and has the legal right to work here ✅ Holds a degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or a related field ✅ Speaks fluent English This is a remote-first role in Europe and you must be able to and willing to: ✅ Travel for internal team gatherings (~a few days per quarter) ✅ Be a part of a weekly on-call rotation (we support mission-critical systems) Ready to make a difference?
