🌟 We are proud to announce Chris Crawford and Mike Franklin the Pure Fishing Values Award winners this month! 🌟 On July 17th, an internal fire broke out in the air handler unit at our Plano Manufacturing–Sandwich Site. Thanks to the team’s quick thinking and strong execution, the situation was swiftly contained. Chris Crawford acted immediately—shutting off power, stopping airflow, evacuating the building, and ensuring all team members were safe. Mike Franklin, Master Mechanic, arrived within 10 minutes, shut down the heaters, coordinated with the Fire Department, cleared the facility of smoke, and had the air handler running again within two hours. Throughout the incident, though the team worked at high speeds they stayed calm, transparent, and focused on safety. Their coordinated efforts reflected true empowerment, as each person stepped up with confidence and responsibility. Production was safely resumed within two hours, and no one was harmed. This event is a strong reminder of the importance of preparedness, teamwork, and empowering one another to act with authenticity and precision in critical moments.
