Hello. Hi, I'm Alistair Jupp, Managing Director here at QGate. This is QBit. General and task specific (AI). Continue doing these right, if you're doing them, but make sure you've done that first pillar...first. Governance and policy readiness: make sure you've got the guidelines in place. I think a UK pilot called AI Works showed that giving people permission and training on AI helps the business to save up to upwards of 122 hours on admin per person per year. Now that's a huge saving, right? If you realise that sort of level, if you think about the average cost of an employee, I don't know, ��18 to ��100 per hour. ��2000 to ��12,000 saving per employee per year. You know that's not insignificant. And all you're doing is just doing that first pillar and then enabling your employees. So, now let's let let's look at the 'but how' on the building your own AI. How do we uncover the focus? How do we focus what we're going to build and what we're going to do? I'm a massive advocate for for workflow mapping. You know, we do this with every single client that we engage with. We use workshops with their teams to map out their workflows on...I was going to say on paper, but nowadays it's in Visio or similar. And what we're simply doing is mapping out from lead to order. What are all the steps that happened to get it from lead to being an order, order to invoice? What are all the little steps that happen between order to invoice? This is so value in so many ways, but not not least for surfacing AI opportunities. It will show you ideas, it will show you pain points, challenges that your teams are having and bring them all to the surface. And, if you don't have the time or the skills to do these, then literally follow someone through their day. You know, make sure you tell them what what what you're doing. Obviously don't just stalk them. And just copy them. You look for where they're copying and pasting. Look where they're note writing, Their duplication, their pain points and just write them down. These become your your ideas for your AI. And then simply take a Pareto approach to these ideas. You know, where can I get the most value with the least amount of effort? This this builds your your road map.
