💡 Scaling GitOps isn’t just a tech challenge — it’s a mindset shift. At #CloudNative Days Austria in Vienna, our colleague Gabor Horvath shared how we are evolving our runtime platform with Argo CD and Kargo. His talk covered the journey from exploring different deployment models to choosing a per-cluster #ArgoCD architecture and building a sharded Kargo setup — showing how automation and the right design decisions enable #GitOps that is scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant.
