As I wrap up an incredible three years at Thrive Market, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to my team at thrive and especially two phenomenal mentors—Jay Tomkins and Jing Wang. Their guidance has been instrumental in my growth, shaping the way I think about data, problem-solving, and leadership. I’m deeply grateful for their support and for the opportunity to learn from them. Thrive has been more than just a workplace—it’s a community. The people-first culture that Nick Green has fostered made every challenge rewarding and every success more meaningful. The camaraderie, innovation, and support at Thrive have set a high bar, and I feel lucky to have been part of it. That said, I’m incredibly excited for what’s next! I’m joining Roots to build and scale data architecture alongside John Cottongim and Ratish Dalvi. Roots is redefining what’s possible in automation, creating truly agentic AI workers that are not just task-driven but context-aware, adaptive, and intelligent.
