Ravindra D. Goyal, CFA has been recently elevated to Executive Director at JM Financial Ltd. In this strategic leadership role, Ravindra will play a key role in further strengthening private equity relationship and advisory practise - reinforcing JM Financial’s position as the leading player in the investment banking landscape. Ravindra brings with him nearly two decades of deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity advisory, financial structuring, and cross-border transactions. Before joining JM Financial, he served as Senior Vice President – M&A at Axis Capital Ltd. where he played a pivotal role in several landmark deals including Axis Bank’s USD1.6 Bn acquisition of Citibank’s India consumer business, Bain Capital’s ¬25% stake acquisition in 360 One (erstwhile IIFL Wealth) for ¬USD 485 mn, advised on several landmark platform sale including Aavas Financiers (erstwhile Au Housing) to Kedaara and Partners, Veeda Clinical Research to a consortium led by CX Partners, amongst others .
