📰 #NEWS: The German government has selected Raytheon to provide the SPY-6(V)1, the world’s most advanced and tested maritime radar, for eight F127 frigates under a proposed US Navy foreign military sales contract that includes support and ship integration services. Deutsche Marine's frigates are quite underwhelming for the cost. Hope that those advanced actively scanned phased arrays will make them a bit more worth it.
