We’ve made it as a finalist for another year! 😊 The York Proms has been going from strength to strength since it began in 2017. It survived the co-founders becoming parents, the Covid-19 pandemic (although we’re still paying for it, like so many events, it’s not ancient history to us yet), the death of one co-founder - and we couldn’t survive it without the amazing support we’ve had from the community of music lovers who come each year and the wonderful business community we have here in York. With tickets flying out of the door (almost 20% sold in the first ten days, with ten months still to go!) now is a great time to stop and consider how far this event has come since it was the spark of an idea 9 years ago. ❤️
