08/10/2025 Antalya antoto bayisinden teslim aldığım sıfır Dacia sandero stepway i aldığım gibi kurumsal bir expertiz firmasında expertiz l yaptırdım ve aracın SOL ON ÇAMURLUK ON KIŞIM TAMPON BIRLEŞIM YERINDE HAFIF EZILME MEVCUT.ON PANEL DE SOKME TAKMA MEVCUT.SAĞ VE SOL ÖN VE ARKA KAPILARDA SOKME TAKMA AYAR MEVCUT.KAPI PIMLERINDE VE VIDALARINDA FABRIKASYON ANAHTAR IZLERI MEVCUTTUR. Raporu verildi. Hemen bayiye gidip durumu anlattım. Kendilerinin inceleyeceğini söylediler. O günden sonrada bana bayiden bir açıklama yapılmadı. Ikame araç verilmedi. Müşteri danışmanı önce değer kaybı yaratmıyor dedi 1 yıl ücretsiz garantı veya 15 bin teklif etti. Sonra tamir ve 1 yil ücretsiz garanti en son da 50 bin tl teklif etti. Ben israrla yenisi ile degişimini istedim. Bunu kabul etmeyince 200 bin değer kaybını istedim. Hala kabul etmediler Ikame araç bile bu süre zarfında verilmedi. Ve sürekli oyaladıkları için magduriyet nedeniyle haklarımı arayacağımı belirttim. Tarafıma satışı öncesinde hasardan kaynaklı işlem olduğu söylenmemişti. Bahse konu kusur hukuki olarak gizli ayıp olarak kabul edilmektedir. Ilgili mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca aracın 0 km yenisi ile yani misli ile degiştirilmesini talep ediyorum...
