We’re thrilled to welcome Smita Garg as Senior Asset Manager at Rose Valley Capital! Smita brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate investment, specializing in asset management, capital markets, and portfolio strategy across multifamily, office, and mixed-use properties. In her new role, she’ll lead the execution of business plans to drive portfolio performance and support our financial and investment objectives. Before joining Rose Valley Capital, Smita held leadership roles where she managed large, diverse portfolios and structured major transactions. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Development from NYU and a BBA from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Smita is an avid runner and community mentor.
