With the help of many incredibly talented people, I'm super proud to have relaunched iCanQuit.com.au - the Cancer Institute’s seasoned digital service that helps people quit smoking and vaping. 🙌 After 10+ years of community stories, advice and milestones, the site is now even more helpful, with stacks of new evidence-based tools and features to support people to quit. The story below is from Lia, who quit over 10 years ago and has used iCanQuit throughout her journey.
