A year ago, I stepped into the National Experts Program (NEP) not fully knowing how much it would reshape me. Today, as we close this chapter, I carry with me not just knowledge, but a community, memories, and a renewed sense of purpose. For me, the journey was never only about modules or milestones, it was about the people. The mentors who guided with patience, the colleagues who became family, the countless moments of laughter, and shared inspiration. These are the true treasures of this experience. Representing the Tourism & Hospitality sector gave me the chance to see how our work connects to a much bigger picture: building bridges across industries, telling our nation’s story to the world, and shaping experiences that reflect who we are. I am deeply grateful to the UAE leadership for the trust they placed in us and their unwavering guidance, and to everyone in Cohort 4 for making this journey unforgettable. NEP was the spark.
