On Tuesday 24th September, the Bournemouth Property Association was delighted to host its latest CPD Breakfast at The Queens Hotel, Bournemouth. This timely event focused on The Annual Planning Update and came at a crucial moment for the sector, with the BCP Local Plan setting an ambitious target of 44,000 new homes by 2040. The discussions provided valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that will shape development across the region for decades to come.
