As part of an ongoing series, SC&A is shining a spotlight on some of the incredible subject matter experts (SMEs) we have the pleasure of regularly working with. Today’s spotlight is on Program/Project Manager Dr. John W. Mogge Jr., AIA, REM CSIP. Dr. Mogge’s career experiences have included serving as Civil Engineer Colonel for the United States Air Force, and in the private sector serving as Solutions and Technology Director, Global Environmental Market Executive and National Practices Director, and a project or program manager on a variety of engineering and environmental programs around the world. Dr. Mogge has over four decades of experience as an architect, planner, engineer, business leader, and educator, and in 2023 Dr. Mogge was recognized by the Society of American Military Engineers for his work reconstructing the Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida following its destruction by Hurricane Michael.
