Last week at The Big 5 Construction Conference, I was shocked, almost 98% of the exhibitors were foreigners. Nigerians show up big at tech events like GITEX and ACE, pitching, networking, building visibility. But when it comes to construction, where are we? We have the talent. We have the projects. But until we treat visibility as a project on its own, with goals, execution, and outcomes, we’ll keep doing the work while others take the recognition.
