Hi everybody, I'm Cheryl Myricks. I work for the U46 school district as a school bus driver. There are many, many reasons to like working for you 46 there are a lot of reasons for me personally speaking, I enjoy working with kids. And I've driven the buses before, so I like the fact that it's a little flexible. I like the fact that. I can work with kids every day, all day long. My, my greatest joy when I first started was working with special needs kids on the wheelchair buses. So I drive kids to school, then I picked them up and drive them home safely. That's the most important part of the job. That's my primary responsibility. That's what's most important to me is that I'm being safe that my kids are feeling. Comfortable. You know, I had this one group at the afternoon Hilltop that's probably one of my favorites. But when they come, I stand at the bus and I wait for them to come, come on, come and they come and give me a hug. When the kids get on the bus, they need to have a sense of well-being, a safe haven, a place that they can trust and a driver that they know that's going to get them there safe and sound.
