We talk endlessly about "digital transformation" in Life Insurance, but too many carriers are just swapping paper forms for PDF forms. That's not transformation. The real game-changers? Personalization that moves beyond basic segmentation and actually builds trust. Digital Playbooks that let you scale that trust. The market is shifting under our feet and you need to aggressively adopt both of these strategies to remain competitive. “Endowment policies were identified as the most mis-sold product category” 🔹 Endowment policies emerged as the most mis-sold life insurance product, reflecting persistent gaps in customer awareness and policy communication. 🔹 Insurance Samadhan recorded a 45% spike in consumer complaints in Q1 2025, indicating rising dissatisfaction and mis-selling practices in the sector . 🔹 Many customers reportedly misunderstood “return expectations and lock-in periods”, pointing to a need for better pre-sale disclosures and advisor training . 🔹 Experts suggest that transparency, advisor accountability, and clearer benefit illustrations can significantly reduce such grievances . 🔹 The trend reinforces the importance of ethical selling practices and customer-centric advisory in restoring trust in traditional savings-linked insurance products . 🔹 As the mis-selling narrative grows, regulatory focus on agent conduct and product suitability is expected to tighten further. #InsuranceAwareness #EndowmentPolicy #MisSelling #ConsumerProtection #LifeInsurance #InsuranceSamadhan #FinancialLiteracy #InsuranceIndustry #PolicyholderRights #InsuranceEthics https://lnkd.in/g_2J5YMY
