10 years ago I was 19, I’d deferred my place at Uni to study fashion for a year, and I had no clue what was next for me. Step in Searchability® ! Spoiler alert I never did go to Uni, and 10 years later I’m still here! 10 years in recruitment is no mean feat. It is truly a testament to the people and culture at Searchability, that we have so many “lifers” like me. This job and company has seen me through my whole 20s, it’s built my confidence, helped me buy homes, support my family, and is the reason I meet many of my closest friends, and even my husband! Shout out Olly Preston for all your support over the years. They say not to work with family but I think we do ok 😉 I really can’t thank Martin Blythe enough for taking a chance on a 19 year old with no real work experience. Here’s to the next decade of working hard and watching these two grow up! 🤍
