We congratulate Avanza on the outstanding outcome of its inaugural SEK 800m Additional Tier 1 Perpetual non-call 5.25y FRN transaction. After a successful day of marketing with strong investor engagement, the transaction attracted more than SEK 2bn of orders within 30 minutes of having opened the books. The final order book amounted to more than SEK 3bn, allowing Avanza to set the spread at 3mS+325bps.
