Extremely disappointed with Sephora India’s customer service. I placed my order on September 20 (Order ID: 17593311613811150213) and it’s been over three weeks with no resolution. First, I received the wrong product, then the replacement was lost in transit. I’ve cooperated at every step — shared screenshots, delivery partner details, and every piece of information the company requested. In the middle of the ongoing thread, Sephora India suddenly changed their customer care email address and informed me only later — leading to even more confusion and delay. Despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no accountability or proper response. My ticket was eventually closed claiming I wasn’t responding, which is completely untrue. It’s shocking to see such a reputed global brand handle customer issues so poorly, with no clarity or ownership from the team. After this experience, I’ll definitely be rethinking any future purchases from Sephora.
