Last week I had a fabulous time in Dublin with Insights, Shaun Rowland, and a wonderful gang of newly accredited practitioners. 🟢 🟡 🔵 🔴 I am SO excited to offer Insights Discovery workshops to the businesses I work with with Seventh Wave® - THE Management & Leadership Training Company. Not just the introduction now, but team building, sales, management, development, conflict resolution and so much more. There are 1,000+ ideas in my head that are making their way into further sessions that I know are going to add so much value and change the shape of the businesses I work with! What an incredible thing to be able to say. This model isn't just 'colours'. It's so much more, the depth is incredible and now I understand it fully, the possibilities feel endless. Thanks for debriefing with me every day after the session...go smash your work with Parkdean Resorts Jenny Bannerman -it was such a pleasure getting to sit next to you each day... I loved getting to know you and your comments helped the training really land 'in the real world'. Saoirse Flynn -thank you so much for being that ear on our coffee runs! I can see how passionate you are - ABP Ireland are lucky to have you. (ps. always a well done burger!) Emily Callaghan -the one representing Represent with her whole heart! Thanks for bringing the fun, I can't wait to start our sharing book recommendations! Shane Carberry -again, loved sitting next to you for the week. You brought a great view on life & provoked so many thoughts I wouldn't have usually had. Good luck in your future! Martina Bednářová -can't thank you enough for the profile review - so many brilliant questions, a different perspective & great advice too. David Egmore PSM, PMP -a pleasure to be in your company, dry wit and thoughtful additions to the days challenged us all in the best way. You would be a brilliant partner in decision making. Plus I'll never look at a Kit Kat the same way. Stephanie Williams & Bentley Williams - the dynamic duo! The commitment to your company is amazing, and your care for others palpable. Can't wait to catch up with you guys around the world at some point! Thanks for the recommendations. And Shaun Rowland - what can I say? Our brilliant facilitator, my insights 'cousin'! Thanks for being our guide on the insights journey... I feel I've left with more than just insights knowledge from you. (And how did we leave it until the last day to find out we both love the band, James!) PS. thanks to Darren Booth for coming along and listening to me talk about everything I'd learned and ideas for the future for hours on end PPS. a bonus to bump into Michael Spoors & Neil Smeatom multiple times - looking forward to seeing you again and glad you're alive! and PPPS. I managed to spend the weekend before with friends Donna Byrne & Chris Bell - thanks for showing me round and getting me my first Irish Guinness!
