What do you see as the biggest challenge in food safety today? Well, I think the biggest challenge of food safety today is probably the same challenge that it's always been, which is awareness. Awareness throughout the supply chain from manufacturers to transportation, food handlers and consumers and really having everybody understand the important role that they play in protecting the food supply.
