Job Title: PostgreSQL DBA Location: Americas (Remote) Needs to be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken. Work permit is not provided. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PostgreSQL DBA to join our team. As a PostgreSQL DBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our customers’ PostgreSQL databases, ensuring their performance, security, and availability. Key Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance PostgreSQL databases. • Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. • Ensure the security and availability of our databases, including backup and recovery processes. • Manage PostgreSQL replication and clustering technologies. • Implement and maintain database automation and scripting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve database-related issues. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior database administrators. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a production PostgreSQL DBA. • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL architecture and administration. • Experience in database design, implementation, and maintenance. • Knowledge of PostgreSQL replication and clustering technologies. • Experience with database automation and scripting. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
