I recently celebrated my 10th anniversary at Ather! More than it being a celebration of tenure, I realised that it needs to be a celebration of what I call "logarithmic nature of the quality of work", where with every passing year you're doing a lot higher quality of work than the previous year. This for me is a very rare trait that you only find at Ather. This is because of a mix of very important, carefully cultivated ingredients - creative freedom, first principles thinking, customer centricity coming together in the right proportions.
