Can you help me understand how his stance that "it is now socially unacceptable to promote...DEI" is going to be helpful at an "I&D" conference? Specifically: How does promoting someone who is saying both "Inclusion" and "Diversity" are "unacceptable" align with an "Inclusion & Diversity" conference? I'm asking HR or I&D professionals who are wanting to justify the cost of this conference to their boss so they can use professional development dollars.
