Hopefully the future includes adding equity back in, a new leader, and an actual focus on serving the human beings in the workforce vs. enthusiastically supporting the oppression.

SHRM and Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP I've attached a screenshot from Robby Starbuck's X account on 8/27/2025. Can you help me understand how his stance that "it is now socially unacceptable to promote...DEI" is going to be helpful at an "I&D" conference? Specifically: How does promoting someone who is saying both "Inclusion" and "Diversity" are "unacceptable" align with an "Inclusion & Diversity" conference? I'm asking HR or I&D professionals who are wanting to justify the cost of this conference to their boss so they can use professional development dollars.
