Trump and congressional Republicans have shut the government down. Our public lands haven't been spared from its effects. While many areas of national public lands remain accessible by the public, only skeleton crews are keeping the lights on: visitor centers may be closed, rangers and other support staff may not be present, and even emergency services may be limited.
