A "good" job can still be the wrong job. It’s okay to want more from your career, even if you already have a good job. You’re not ungrateful or confused for wanting work that pays you well and fulfils you. I know exactly what this feels like. I've had a job that looked good on paper but left me feeling stuck, unmotivated and wondering if I could really have a career I enjoyed. After years of coaching mid and senior women in corporate through successful career transitions, I’ve learned this: Your experience isn’t random, it’s your advantage. Every project, every skill, every experience has prepared you for your next level. If you’re ready to find work that finally aligns with your strengths, values and goals without taking a pay cut or starting from scratch, my book will show you how. Job Search to Job Secured walks you step-by-step how to make a stress-free career move in 3 months and secure a £10K to £50K salary increase. Spot on! Too often people stay in “good” jobs without realising their experience already equips them for something far more fulfilling.
