Morning All, I am excited to announce that on 2nd June I will be joining the Go Inspire Group as a Strategic Digital Transformation Consultant.  It was a big decision choosing the next phase of my career having spent so many fabulous years at Nationwide, but from the first conversation with Dimitri Kyprianou and his Senior Leadership Team I was blown away by their vision, energy and passion. I wanted to join a purpose led organisation and I have absolutely found that in Go Inspire with their drive to support and enable their Client base to deliver the best customer experience whilst achieving their strategic business objectives.  Customer communications are the heartbeat of any organisation and the vital touchpoint to build trusted, engaged life long relationships and I cannot wait to play a part in helping many businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences through their communications.  Customers want simple, clear and engaging communications delivered at the right time and through their channel of choice, whilst organisations need to remain compliant, agile and safe. What a brilliant business challenge to have and I am chomping at the bit to get started and bring my years of experience to the already outstanding Go Inspire team. If your organisation would like help and support on this journey, please do reach out and I'd love to have a conversation.
