Why would a man build a women-focused financial brand? Because allyship isn’t about speaking for women, it’s about creating structures that let women’s voices, dreams, and wealth thrive. I’ve seen firsthand how financial exclusion holds women back, and I believe that when women rise financially, families, communities, and economies rise with them. This isn’t charity! it’s strategy, it’s equity, it’s the future. #unwomen #allyship #finance #man #matriarchy

💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 Celebration as a sign of success. The Monday Minute introduced the Birtu SHE group in Hossana. Today’s video shows the power of women-led savings in action. Through weekly contributions and a supplementary savings system that included coffee, butter, or small amounts of cash, the group built nearly 90,000 birr this year. At their share-out, each woman received about 3,500 birr (around $25), plus coffee and butter. Families use these payouts for school fees, uniforms, and books at just the right time. This is the agency of women, their discipline, and local innovation from the women themselves. SHE women are leading economic and social change. 👉 Learn more about how SHE women are building livelihoods: https://lnkd.in/gJJ7h_xB #RootsEthiopia #SHEGroups #WomenLead #CommunityChange #LocalIdeas

Nearly 70% of the great wealth transfer will be inherited by women. This generational shift represents one of the most profound transformations in the global philanthropic landscape. As highlighted by Silvia Bastante de Unverhau, Head of LGT Philanthropy Advisory, female wealth holders are not only expanding the scale of giving, but also reshaping its focus: - Broader causes - from education and health to climate, justice, and equality - Collaborative models - working in networks and partnerships rather than in isolation - Systems change - tackling root causes, not just symptoms At LGT Philanthropy Advisory, we see these shifts as a powerful opportunity. Families are rethinking governance and legacy, and women are often at the forefront of bringing new values, new practices, and new visions of impact to the table. As this wealth transfer unfolds, the question is not only how much will be given - but how differently it will be done. Where are the women in wealth—really? The thing that continues to surprise me most is this: Many of the women I meet in family office settings—intelligent, passionate, values-driven women—aren’t engaging in philanthropy in a meaningful or visible way. ✨ These are women with purpose. ✨ Many had careers, built businesses, raised families. ✨ They care deeply about change. But they don’t always see themselves as philanthropists. And when that happens, something gets lost. We lose the modelling for the next generation. We lose the influence of female leadership in family legacy. We lose the alignment between values and capital. Wealth should be a vehicle for impact—not just preservation. And the matriarch’s role in shaping that legacy is not only powerful—it’s essential. If you're in a position to give, support, or shape what the family’s wealth stands for… ask yourself: 🟡 What are we modelling? 🟡 Where are we showing up? 🟡 What impact do we want our name to stand for? Let’s make this part of the conversation louder. #LindseyFrances #WomenInWealth #PhilanthropyGap #FamilyOfficeLeadership #PurposeAndCapital #ValuesDrivenLegacy #GenerationalWealth #WomenAndGiving #RichSimpleHuman #ImpactLeadership
