My grandson started Simpson George, previously I was working in a very small startup specialising in permanent recruitment within violence and since moving over I've taken on a completely new challenge, working on the Simpson Judge Legal desk now. I'll be honest, stepping into a new market felt like it could be a challenge, but it's actually been a really smooth transition. The only real challenge at first was getting to grips with the wide variety of legal roles. Within just a few weeks I secured my first placement with both clients and candidates all been really receptive. What has made the biggest difference for me is the culture here. Generation will never work for a business that rewards its staff so well and makes you feel truly valued and appreciated for the work that you do. And really excited for the future here at Simpson Judge. And having moved from finance to legal, I'm even more excited for the opportunities ahead.
