Group for teens with anxiety disorders

Attacking Adolescent Anxiety is a clinical group for adolescents ages 14 to 18 with existing or emerging anxiety disorders and/or symptoms that impair their overall mental wellness and daily functioning. Teens commit to an 8-week in-person course where they will learn independent anxiety management strategies while tackling anxiety triggers that impact daily life, including social, technology, and family-related issues. This looks exciting, Skyland Trail! I also have to say how much I love the name of this clinical group - I can imagine it really resonating with teens who feel like anxiety is 'winning' in their lives right now. Keep us updated on how it goes!
