I am reaching out to express my concern regarding an issue I recently faced with my Smeg kettle and the service provided by your agent in Egypt. After following the recommended maintenance instructions, I encountered several problems: 1. The kettle is no longer functioning properly. 2. The measurement markings have been erased. 3. The kettle’s body has separated. As a loyal Smeg customer, I am quite disappointed with this experience. I had high expectations of both the product quality and after-sales service, and this situation has been frustrating. I would appreciate your guidance on the next steps regarding repair, replacement, or any warranty coverage applicable in this case. I trust that Smeg values its customers and stands by its products, and I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Dear Smeg. I have a fridge that stopped working 5 months ago. I bought in late 2021. The electronic card that gets the motor to work needs replacement. After 5 months of going around all EU smeg we realized you stopped the production of the card. Is this normal for a brand just released in 2019? And if so what do you expect a customer like me to do with my broken fridge? It is so shameful of you for a brand like yourself to offer no solution for a problem not the responsibility of the customer and as you said did not happen before. Then solve it! To all others seeing this post, never go for Smeg!

7moTill totay I was a very big fan of SMEG-products, using almost all kinds.. But since I had to pay over 200 Euro for 2nd repairing of my very expensive oven I bought 2021 I realized- JUST design with scap inside. Cussed "service" overing 50% goodwill, MANY thanks for opening my eyes! One fan less.
