Perhaps common knowledge in the workflow automation community.. However, for those of you just starting out with Zapier, Make, or other tools, using an external Control Document for ChatGPT (or other LLM) instructions is much more efficient than embedding them in the task. The more flexible and efficient approach is to: 1️⃣ create a Google Doc with the LLM instructions. 2️⃣ insert the text as part of the LLM action If you need modify the instruction, simply change the Google Doc file and save yourself the effort of modifying and recompiling the workflow. Imagine a chat app where every user directly messages every other user — chaos, right? 😅 Now imagine a chatroom that handles all messages and delivers them to the right people. OpenAI’s Codex is now generally available, adding a Slack integration to delegate coding tasks via @Codex. A TypeScript Codex SDK lets teams embed the same agent in apps with structured outputs and session management. ChatGPT admins get safer defaults, data removal, environment cleanup, and analytics. Slack and SDK features are live for Plus, Pro, Business, Edu, and Enterprise; admin tools for Business, Edu, and Enterprise.

MCP-UI (https://mcpui.dev/) is such a great concept - that you control the visual output presented to the person that prompts the things through your MCP via LLMs. I see that quite a few tools and providers are adopting it and it is a matter of time when it will be adopted in Claude, ChatGPT and others. This is a PoC how it could look like built-in to our list_campaigns tool in our MCP for MailerLite.
