The Sonepar Leadership Program (SLP), in partnership with INSEAD, is one of our flagship initiatives to develop senior leaders across the Group. 🌍 Since 2011, more than 339 participants from 34 countries have taken part in the program, strengthening their skills in strategic thinking, performance management, and global collaboration.
