Where I work we have a tradition of asking for appreciations at the end of each meetings — so I’d add: anyone have any appreciations they’d like to give? Practicing selfcare is also very important so we’re always saying: don’t forget to use your time off. Lastly, I’d add to this list the importance of practicing your pause: have you stopped to check-in with yourself today?
